RICH ISLE will assess and report on the condition of a property prior to purchase, lease, alteration or extension. The report includes a detailed analysis of any defects noticed and a description of remedial works required and the likely costs involved. The report may also include proposals for planned maintenance programs.

MAINTENANCE OF REAL ESTATE

RICH ISLE offers services in management of realty maintenance in order to save your time and costs. Area of our responsibility is the following: supporting of periodic inspections of building structure and building services systems; making of defective register and control of their removal; a constant cooperation with landlord, property owner, community facilities, city authorities, suppliers of services – for the purpose of a high level control of premises’ maintenance.
