RICH ISLE provides construction contract advice and assistance in briefing the client’s lawyer to enable contract preparation. 

LENDER’S REPRESENTATIVE 

RICH ISLE monitors and reports to lenders onhe progress and performance against budget of a project during construction. RICH ISLE also checks and certifies the construction progress payments and checks that funds drawn from the lender are correctly paid to the contractors by the developer.

RISK ANALYSIS 

RICH ISLE procedures are focused on objective approach to risks associated with time, cost and quality, including analysis of the probability of completion by a certain date and at a particular cost.
